Raw Honey Shake!
Raw Honey Chocolate Shake
Use 1 cup Almond Milk/ or 1 cup coconut milk
(freeze nut milk for smoothie option/ or *warm for a hott Cocoa drink)
Add 1 tbsp. Maca Root Powder
Blend with 1tbs Raw Chocolate powder/ or nibs in a Blender/Vitamix
Add 2 tbs Raw Unfiltered Honey
(you can*warm up the milk to help the honey break down)
Add one pinch of Himalayan salt
Dash of Vietnamese Cinnamon
Blend all together for a delicious smoothie, or enjoy as a soothing warm drink!
*Be sure to not heat your milk over 104°f to maintain the Raw Ingredients natural enzymes
