Homemade Veggie Treats!

Ingredients:
3 Cups minced parsley
1/4 Cup carrots, finely chopped
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella (you can substitute with 1/2 cup nutrional yeast)
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 3/4 cups whole wheat flour (for wheat free, use corn meal)
2 teaspoons bran
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon spirulina
1/2 to 1 cup of water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place rack on the middle level. Lightly grease a large baking sheet with coconut oil
Stir together parsley, carrots, cheese and oil. Combine all the dry ingredients and then add the veggies. Gradually add 1/2 cup of water, mixing slowly. Make a moist but not too wet dough. If needed, add a little more water or coconut oil. Kneed for one minute.
Roll out the dough to 1/2 inch thickness, using a cookie cutter or glass, cut out the shapes and transfer them to the baking sheet. Re-roll and repeat!
Bake time:
20-30 minsutes until the biscuits have browned and harden slightly (they will harden more as they dry)
Viola! Cool on wire racks and store in an airtight tin/container. Store in a cool dry place.
