Pup-Cake-Brownies

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup coconut oil

3 tablespoons honey

4 organic eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/4 cup carob flour (the powdered form of carob)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Frosting:

12 ounces nonfat cream cheese

2 teaspoons honey

Directions:

Cream the coconut oil and honey together thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients- beat well. Bake in a coconut oil greased cookie sheet ( 10x15") for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let the brownies cool before adding frosting, and watch your pup go crazy!
